I work differently to most traditional therapists. Integration sits at the heart of everything I do — not just insight, but real change that makes a difference. My focus is always on moving you forward, gently and sustainably, without creating resistance or overwhelm.
My work is always shaped around you — your pace, your needs, and what feels safe and supportive. At the same time, with over 20 years of experience, I may invite you to trust a way of working that feels a little different to what you’re used to.
This is work that honours your autonomy, while also offering a steady, experienced guide who knows when a different approach is what allows things to finally shift.
There are three ways to work with me, depending on where you are right now: an Immersive Day for deep, focused work; my Clarity programme (5 sessions) for supported change over time; or, if you’re not quite ready to commit, a First Step session.

A day designed to bring you back to yourself — clarity, alignment and a renewed sense of direction — supported by 1-3 months of integration so the changes feel sustainable, not forced.

Clarity is a 5-session therapeutic journey designed to help you work through something that’s been looping, weighing on you, or quietly draining your energy. Often, what feels like the problem is actually a symptom — and this work is about gently getting to the root.

You know something feels off — but you’re not sure why, or where to start. A First Step session is exactly that, a place to begin. A gentle, one-off session where you can talk things through, get a feel for the way I work, and experience what it’s like to be met with calm, curiosity and care.

Monday 30th March 2026 - 9.30m - 4pm
A day to step out of the noise of everyday life and into a calm, guided space where you can think clearly, speak honestly, and explore what’s really going on beneath the surface.
Over the last 20 years, I’ve noticed a clear pattern.
The people who come to work with me are thoughtful, capable, and self-aware. They often understand why they feel the way they do — and yet nothing really changes.
Not because they’re failing, but because knowing something alone isn’t enough for change to happen.
Life shapes us. Early experiences, losses, pressure, responsibility — all of it trains the nervous system to cope. Long after the situation has passed, those survival patterns can still be running the show: overthinking, people-pleasing, shutdown, reactivity, holding it all together.
Here’s the part that’s often missed - If your nervous system doesn’t settle, change won’t stick.
That’s why I don’t offer open-ended, week-in-week-out therapy.

Real change happens through focused work and integration.
We work in contained blocks — a full immersive day or a short series of sessions — and then we pause. We allow the work to land. We let your system recalibrate. This is where change embeds.
Knowing is helpful.
Integration is essential.
My role isn’t to fix you.
It’s to help calm the internal noise so clarity can come.
And when your system is calm, the right changes happen — not forced, not overwhelming, but in a way that lasts.
Ultra-independence was never meant to be the end goal.
It kept generations of women functioning —
but at the cost of rest, connection and joy.
This is the moment we stop passing down burnout
and start modelling support, softness and sustainability instead.
