Helping you untangle old patterns, calm your
mind, and create a life that feels lighter, freer, and truly yours

Nothing is wrong, exactly. You’re functioning. You’re capable. You’re doing what needs to be done.
From the outside, your life might look settled, successful, even enviable. But inside, there’s a low-level sense of unease you can’t quite shake.
You wake up already tired. You move through the day on autopilot. You look at the life you’ve built and think, I should feel happier than this.
You feel emotional for no clear reason… then tell yourself to pull it together.
You crave space, silence, or time alone — not because you want to escape your life, but you're just exhausted by it!
It’s hard to explain. You’re not lost, but you're not fully here either. And admitting that feels risky.
You’re capable. Responsible. The one others rely on. So you minimise it. Stay busy. Tell yourself you’re just tired, dramatic, overthinking it.
But the feeling doesn’t go away. It shows up in the quiet moments. In the car, the minute someone asks how you really are — and you almost answer honestly.
This is often when women reach out to me.
They're not in a crisis, they are very aware — on a deep level — that the life they’re living no longer matches who they are underneath the roles and responsibility.
That awareness can feel unsettling, because you something needs to change…
But, where do you even start?
And starting can just feel like another thing to think about, fix, or get right?
So it’s easier not to look too closely. Or is it?
In my experience, the fear isn’t usually about change itself. It’s about what we believe change will demand.
The assumption that to feel happier, freer, more like yourself, you’d have to dismantle everything — relationships, work, the life you’ve built. And that belief keeps so many of us stuck.
Most women I work with don’t want to burn their lives down. They want to feel better, be present in their lives again.
The shift rarely starts with a big decision. It starts with creating space.
Space to slow down.
Space to stop coping long enough to hear what’s really going on.
Space to separate what’s truly misaligned from what’s simply been overloaded for too long.
From there, change doesn’t feel so frightening. Not everything needs to change.
Just the right things.
What's the true cost of staying where you are?
My work is shaped by both lived experience and over 21 years of professional therapeutic practice.
Everything I offer comes from a place I know personally — supported by deep training, ethical foundations and thousands of hours of clinical work.
Over time, I’ve developed a calm, relational way of working that is led by the person in front of me, not a rigid method.
I draw from psychotherapy, clinical hypnotherapy, NLP and solution-focused work — blending insight, nervous system regulation and integration to support real, lasting change. We don’t force breakthroughs here. We create the safety that allows them to emerge naturally.
There is no one-size-fits-all approach.
Your nervous system, history and pace guide the work.
My mission is to support people who have spent a lifetime holding everything together to come back into relationship with themselves.
I challenge the belief that coping quietly is strength, that exhaustion is normal, and that ultra-independence is the goal. This work isn’t about fixing you — it’s about helping you soften, slow down, and safely lay down the emotional load you’ve been carrying for years.
Because change doesn’t come from pressure. It comes from feeling safe enough to listen to yourself again.
And when a person feels truly supported, everything else in their life shifts.

A day designed to bring you back to yourself — clarity, alignment and a renewed sense of direction — supported by three months of integration so the changes feel sustainable, not forced.

Clarity is a 5-session therapeutic journey designed to help you work through something that’s been looping, weighing on you, or quietly draining your energy. Often, what feels like the problem is actually a symptom — and this work is about gently getting to the root.

You know something feels off — but you’re not sure why, or where to start. A First Step session is exactly that, a place to begin. A gentle, one-off session where you can talk things through, get a feel for the way I work, and experience what it’s like to be met with calm, curiosity and care.
"Courage starts by showing up and letting ourselves be seen".

I came from a family of hard-workers — both my parents worked full time and they provided a lovely life in so many ways, but they were never there. As a small child this can have a profound impact on how you feel about yourself and for me I can remember feeling like I was in the way, like I didn’t belong.
As I grew up I learned to be loud where it mattered and invisible where it kept the peace. I became an expert at doing the things that won attention: being useful, being “the helper”, being the fixer. But it never felt like enough. I was always chasing the next nod, the next look, the next sign that I mattered.......
I mainly work with women who feel stuck, exhausted by perfectionism or “shoulds,” and ready to make different choices. Many clients are navigating life transitions, mid-life crossroads, or long-running patterns that started in childhood. If you’re ready to see yourself differently, you’re in the right place.
One-to-one psychotherapy, clinical hypnotherapy, immersive in-person days, a focused 5-session reset, and one off First Step sessions to see if how I work suits your needs. I tailor the approach to what you need — talk therapy, body-felt regulation, or hypnotherapy for deeper automatic patterns.
Psychotherapy helps you explore patterns, feelings and relationships with words and experience. Clinical hypnotherapy works with the body and subconscious patterns — it’s not stage hypnosis. Together they’re a powerful combo: talk + felt change.
My standard one-to-one sessions are 90 minutes. Immersive days are full-day experiences (usually 10am–4pm). Sessions last as long as they need to — we’ll agree what fits you.
We’ll start with a free 20-minute discovery call to see if we’re a fit. Your first paid session is about hearing your story, understanding what’s coming up now, and agreeing next steps — personalised to you on the day. It’s compassionate, confidential and grounded — not an interrogation. From the very first session we also go beneath the conscious surface: using psychotherapy and gentle hypnotherapy to engage the subconscious so real integration can begin straight away, with growth work tailored to deepen that integration as we go.
There’s no one-size-fits-all answer. Some people feel a clear shift in a handful of sessions; others benefit from longer work. If you want structure, the 5-Session Path Reset is a focused block. We’ll review progress regularly and adjust the plan together.
Yes — I offer both in-person work (Cambridgeshire) and online sessions. My preference is to work face-to-face because so much gets missed online — the small body cues, the breathing, the felt shifts — and I find it deepens the work.
Important note: Immersive days are in-person only. My 5-session Path Reset and regular therapy blocks can be run online if that suits you (or if you’re further away). We’ll choose the format that best supports your needs and what you want to achieve.
Everything we discuss is confidential. I’m a registered practitioner and follow professional standards for confidentiality and record-keeping. There are legal exceptions for safety (risk of harm to you or others), which I’ll explain at the outset.
I offer a range of options (single sessions, session blocks, immersive days). My prices are all listed under the services section. I accept card payments and bank transfer for blocks and courses.

Ultra-independence was never meant to be the end goal.
It kept generations of women functioning —
but at the cost of rest, connection and joy.
This is the moment we stop passing down burnout
and start modelling support, softness and sustainability instead.
