Group Immersive Days

“A deeply held space for women who know “I’m fine” isn’t enough any more"

Group Immersive Day:

A full Immersive Day with 30 day Integration Support
In person (ongoing support online)

Monday 30th March 9.30 - 4pm
£175

What it is and what it isn't:

This isn’t a feel-good workshop where you share a bit, feel lighter and go home unchanged. It isn’t a dramatic breakthrough day.

It isn’t about burning your life down and starting again. It’s much more grounded than that.

It’s about the gap between the woman the world sees and the woman you “actually” feel like inside.

Who is it for?

Most women who step into my spaces are not in crisis.

Their lives’ function. Their businesses run. Their families are supported. They are intelligent, capable and respected.

And yet there’s often a quiet exhaustion that never quite lifts. Not because they can’t cope, but because they’ve been carrying more than necessary for a long time.

This day is particularly relevant if you’re in a transition — even a subtle one. Maybe:

You’re stepping into a new phase of your work and it doesn’t quite fit anymore.

Your children are growing up and you’re asking who you are now.

A relationship dynamic has shifted and you can’t ignore it.

You know a decision needs to be made but you keep postponing it.

You’ve done a lot of self-development but still feel stuck in the same patterns.

Or maybe nothing dramatic has happened. You just know that the way you’re operating isn’t sustainable. If that’s you, this day gives you space to work with it properly

What will we do on the day?

Honesty + Clarity + Grounding = Integration & Change

This day is as much about the space as it is about the process. One of the main reasons we don’t create change is because we show up guarded. Not obviously. Subtly. The capable version arrives. The articulate version. The one who understands her patterns and can explain everything - That’s the ego doing its job.

This day is about softening that guard in a properly held environment. When you acknowledge what’s actually true — the pressure you’ve normalised, the resentment you’ve minimised, the decision you’ve been avoiding — your nervous system responds. It steadies. You think more clearly. I will guide that process using structured reflection, somatic work and hypnosis. The structure is strong, but the content is responsive. I work with what is present in the room — what you bring, what surfaces, what needs attention.

That requires trust. In me. And in the process.

What you will leave with:

My hope is that you leave feeling lighter. Not because we’ve fixed your life in a day — I’m good, but I’m not that good.

You’ll leave more connected to yourself. Clearer about what is true for you. Calmer about what comes next.

You’ll have one clear next step and simple tools to help you integrate whatever arises, especially when old patterns try to pull you back.

And this doesn’t end when the day finishes.

Pre Work & Integration

There will be some pre-work before the day.

Nothing heavy, but enough to get you thinking properly. You’re carving out a whole day for yourself. That’s rare. It makes sense to arrive clear on what you actually want from it, what’s been bothering you, what feels stuck, and what you’re hoping might change.

It means we don’t spend the morning warming up. We can get to the real stuff sooner.

And your Immersive Day isn’t about having a great day and then slipping straight back into old habits. For 30 days afterwards, you’ll receive weekly reflection prompts. Simple, thoughtful questions to help you stay aware of what you uncovered and what you decided. They’re there to keep you honest with yourself, not hyped up.

Two weeks in, we’ll meet for a live group integration call. That’s where we check in, talk about what’s shifted, what’s felt uncomfortable, and what needs adjusting. Real life has a way of testing new decisions. We work with that rather than pretending it won’t happen. You’ll also have access to me on WhatsApp during that month. If you notice yourself sliding back into an old pattern, you don’t sit with it alone. We catch it early and deal with it while it’s small.

That’s what I mean by integration.

Is this a room for you?

Sit with this.

Can you be honest with yourself in a way that goes a little deeper than you usually allow? Not the clever version. The real one.

Are you ready to adjust how you’re living rather than just analysing it?

If the answer is yes, then this is likely your room.

Feedback:

Because this is a beta programme, your experience matters.

The depth of the work won’t be reduced, but I am refining the group structure. I will ask for honest feedback on the pacing, exercises, space and integration.

Not polite feedback. Real reflections.

If you join this round, you’re helping shape what this becomes.

Final Thoughts:

This day is about nourishing you.

Not superficially, but properly. It gives you space to reconnect with yourself at a level of honesty you may not have allowed before.

We won’t stay on the surface. We’ll go to the root. And when you work at the root, the ripple effects in your life are real. Decisions shift. Boundaries firm up. Pressure reduces.

Not because you forced change from the outside. But because you recalibrated from the inside.

Mission:

My mission is to support women who have spent a lifetime holding everything together to come back into relationship with themselves.

I exist to challenge the idea that coping quietly is strength, that exhaustion is normal, and that ultra-independence is something to aspire to.

Through calm, relational and deeply human therapeutic work, I create spaces where women can slow down, soften, and safely lay down the emotional load they’ve been carrying for years.

This work isn’t about fixing women — it’s about reconnecting them with their bodies, their truth, and their sense of self beneath the roles, responsibility and constant giving.

I believe change doesn’t come from force or pressure, but from feeling safe enough to listen to yourself again.

My mission is to help end generational female burnout — by modelling a different way of living, one where women are supported, regulated, connected and no longer last on their own list.

Because when a woman is truly supported, everything else in her life shifts with her.

Ultra-independence was never meant to be the end goal.

It kept generations of women functioning —
but at the cost of rest, connection and joy.

This is the moment we stop passing down burnout
and start modelling support, softness and sustainability instead.
